- We reserve the right to suspend our services at our sole discretion if we determine that your environment, behaviour, or intentions pose a potential risk to our safety or reputation. Such situations include, but are not limited to:
- When unfavourable market conditions, criminal activity, or other factors beyond our control make it impossible to continue operations without significantly harming our interests.
- When the customer has not completed all the required steps on our website to access lessons.
- The purchase of FOMOCO strategies via our website begins with receiving a briefing, obtained by filling out a form. After receiving induction, the customer becomes eligible to purchase a strategy.
- No strategy will be sold without the required briefing. We strongly advise customers never to make money transfers to bank details listed on our website without official induction.
- Payments or deposits to purchase a strategy are only accepted once a customer has completed the briefing induction with a FOMOCO team member.
- FOMOCO is not responsible for any losses resulting from individuals sending money outside the system or without our official recognition of their details.
- After 15 participants have received induction, we reserve the right to temporarily remove bank details from our website until those 15 participants complete their 7-day training follow-ups. After that period, we will accept new purchases again.
- The FOMOCO strategy pack is priced at N$ 1,700, which includes:
- Instructions via mobile phone only
- Voice notes
- PDF documents
- Text notes
- Customers will receive their strategy package through their Gmail address via Google Drive.
- Our teaching system does not offer money-back guarantees. We recommend that students seek feedback from others who have achieved results before committing to our lessons.
- Accepted payment methods include Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via bank.
- E-wallet payments are also accepted, provided there are no technical issues or congestion at the time of transfer.
- Customers must always provide accurate proof of payment for faster approval. Proof of payment can be uploaded via our website or sent to us on WhatsApp.
- Our WhatsApp groups are divided into three categories:
- Announcement Group – used to share all current and future information for FOMOCO followers.
- Community Group – where retail traders discuss anything related to trading.
- Strategy Group – reserved for customers who have purchased forex strategies, for instructions and updates.
- Our service does not currently offer copy trading or signals. Instead, we focus on providing forex mindset mentorship and valid concepts.
- We actively monitor our community to identify and remove individuals attempting to scam or cause harm to others.
- The selling of any digital product, including forex materials, advertisements, or other promotions, is strictly prohibited within our groups.
